NEWMAN, Ada June (nee Elson). Passed away peacefully at the
Glengarry Memorial Hospital, Alexandria, Ontario on Friday, August 2, 2002 at the age of eighty-two years. Dearly beloved wife of the late Charles James Newman, formerly of Verdun, Quebec.
Loving mother of Gary Newman (Barbara Burton Graham) of Glen
Robertson, Ontario and Gail Ann McCallum (Pat) of Milton, Ontario.
Grandmother of Sean, Samantha and Stacey and great-grandmother of
Kayla. Special mom to Bob Newman (Linda) and Phil Woodward (Mary).
Family will be in attendance at the Morris and Munro Funeral
Home, 114 Main Street, Alexandria, Ontario (613-525-2772) on
Sunday, August 4 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, August 5
from 10 a.m. to the time of the funeral in the chapel at 11 a.m.
Interment Mount Royal cemetery on Tuesday, August 6, 2002. In lieu
of flowers donations to the Maxville Manor Foundation
(Maxville, Ontario) or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the
family.
